FHS Sober Grad Night Refund Process

Tickets purchased on campus with check or credit card:

• Refund by check

• Check written to STUDENT

• Checks distributed by FHS (probably at diploma and yearbook pick-up)

• We do not have email addresses for these purchasers and are unable to send notifications

Tickets purchased on folsomsgn.com website:

• Purchased before November 15, 2019

1. Refund by check

2. Check written to STUDENT

3. Checks distributed by FHS (probably at diploma and yearbook pick-up)

4. Purchaser will be sent an email letting them know the refund will be conducted as described above

• Purchased after November 15, 2019

1. Refund via payment method used

2. If paid by PayPal account, you will receive the refund to your PayPal account

3. If paid by credit card, you will receive the refund to your credit card

4. Purchaser will be sent an email letting them know the refund will be conducted as described above
